Rebecca Simpson takes leadership roles in KBA

Attorney Rebecca Simpson was recently named Chair-Elect of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section and Vice-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Kentucky Bar Association.
Rebecca is a Senior Attorney at ELPO. She joined the firm in April. Rebecca has practiced family law for 16 years with firms in Louisville and Bowling Green. She ran for Warren County Family Court Judge in 2014.
At ELPO, Rebecca practices in estate law, family law and offers mediation services. Her family law practice encompasses adoption, business valuation, child support, custody issues, divorce, parent relocation and property division, among other services. She provides mediation services in family law and estate cases.
