Rebecca Simpson speaks to WKU class on alternative dispute resolution

Jennifer Brinkley, assistant professor of paralegal studies at Western Kentucky University, recently hosted ELPO attorney Rebecca Simpson as a guest speaker for her alternative dispute resolution class.
Rebecca spoke about two forms of alternative dispute resolution: mediation and collaborative family practice. Rebecca has practiced family law for more than 17 years with firms in Louisville and Bowling Green.
Rebecca joined ELPO in 2016 and practices in the area of family law and mediation. Rebecca is a recognized leader in alternative dispute resolution, serving as the current Chair-Elect for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Kentucky Bar Association and as the Vice President of the Kentucky Collaborative Family Network.
Rebecca’s family law practice encompasses collaborative family practice, adoption, business valuation, child support, custody issues, divorce, parent relocation and property division, among other services. She also provides mediation services in family law and estate cases.
