Our attorneys represent public utilities in financing, general corporate issues, negotiation of power contracts, acquisition of easements (including by condemnation) and proceedings before the Kentucky Public Service Commission. We also provide advice to public utilities on environmental issues, including compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the full range of federal and state environmental rules and regulations.
