We are experienced in defending claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leave Act, sexual harassment issues and wrongful discharge. We also have extensive experience in advising employers on union matters.
When clients are involved in employment litigation, we are ready to represent them in developing a strategy and handling cases in federal and state courts throughout Kentucky.
Our attorneys regularly represent clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, the Kentucky Labor Cabinet and the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission. In addition, our attorneys represent employers before the National Labor Relations Board in matters involving labor unions and collective bargaining.
