We can aid creditors in the recovery of assets by filing the proper paperwork, on time, and ensuring that the necessary follow-up is handled in a timely manner. We represent creditors, including banks, businesses and individuals, in bankruptcies, foreclosures and workouts of individual and commercial debtors.
