Michael S. Vitale joins English Lucas Priest & Owsley

Attorney Michael S. Vitale has joined English Lucas Priest & Owsley LLP in Bowling Green as an attorney and a partner. He previously served as the partner in charge of Wyatt Tarrant & Combs LLP’s Bowling Green office.
Mr. Vitale concentrates his practice in areas of product liability and labor and employment litigation defense, commercial litigation and business planning and commercial transactions.
Mr. Vitale has a long history of community and professional involvement. He has served on the board of directors for Kids on the Block, Capital Arts Alliance Inc. and Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Bowling Green. Professionally, he is a member of the bar associations of Bowling Green-Warren County, the state of Kentucky, and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Kentucky Defense Counsel, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.
He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Tennessee, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mr. Vitale received a Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University.
