Mandy Hicks joins ELPO Law

Mandy Hicks is joining English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP as Director of Marketing and Communications. Mandy has worked at United Way of Southern Kentucky for a decade, most recently serving as Senior Director, Marketing and Communications. She begins work on February 5.
At United Way, she led all marketing efforts as a member of the senior management team. She created and developed community partnerships, and developed long-term relationships with a focus on organizational growth. She became a leader at both the state and national levels of United Way as well, serving as a member of the United Way of Kentucky Communicators Council, and earning a spot in the prestigious United Way Worldwide Global Fellowship Program.
Mandy will be the firm’s first Director of Marketing and Communications.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University. Since moving here to attend WKU, Mandy has become extremely involved in the local community both in the capacity of her job and as a committed volunteer. She served in leadership with the Professional Marketing Association and the Business Networking International of Western Kentucky: Giver’s Gain Chapter. She has been twice nominated for the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce’s Young Athena Award. She has served as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bowling Green, and prior to working for United Way, she served on three different United Way committees.
