Abby Scott is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the law firm of English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP. A Franklin, Kentucky native, Abby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
With more than seven years of experience in human resources, Abby has successfully navigated complex workforce challenges and spearheaded strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity. Prior to joining the ELPO Law team, Abby worked for Rogers Group Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee.
In her role, Abby will develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that attract top talent, nurture employee growth, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
When she is not working, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors; boating and golfing with her husband, Danny. They reside in Bowling Green with their daughter, Ella.
