LaJuana Wilcher presents at Clean Water Conference

LaJuana S. Wilcher, an attorney and partner with ELPO, recently served as a Planning Chair and a presenter at the Clean Water Act: Law and Regulation conference in Washington, D.C.
The conference was co-sponsored by the ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources and the Environmental Law Institute. The course offered 12 full hours of instruction for attorneys with a special concentration on oil spill responses in light of the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
