Jessica Shoulders re-elected to bar association board

Attorney Jessica Shoulders was re-elected Thursday to a two-year term to the Board of Directors for the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association. Rebecca Simpson, senior attorney with ELPO, is completing a two-year term that expires in December 2017.
The bar association provides continuing legal education and networking opportunities for attorneys in the Warren County area.
About Jessica R. Shoulders
Jessica is an associate attorney who works primarily on personal injury and products liability cases. She has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University and graduated from law school at the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Kentucky Justice Association, the American and Kentucky bar associations. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Red Cross of South Central Kentucky.
About Rebecca Simpson
Rebecca practices primarily in family law. She is also a trained mediator who has been recognized and approved by the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts and by the Warren County Family Courts. Rebecca also has extensive appellate experience and has successfully represented numerous clients at the appellate level.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has been committed to professional excellence and to the improvement of the practice of law. In addition to her service on the Board of Directors, she also chairs the Continuing Legal Education Committee Chair for the Bar. Also, in 2016, Rebecca was appointed by Chief Justice John Minton, Jr. to serve as a Kentucky Trial Commissioner. As a Trial Commissioner, Rebecca presides over disciplinary actions brought by the Kentucky Bar Association against individuals accused of professional misconduct. She is also Vice-Chair of the Family Law Section and Chair-Elect of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the KBA.
