Gaines Penn to become managing parter in 2011

Gaines earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Centre College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Kentucky, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
Gaines is the incoming Chair Elect of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce for 2011 and will serve as Chair in 2012.
