Environmental attorneys to present national webinar

Attorneys LaJuana S. Wilcher and Samantha Propp will present a webinar for members of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) on March 19.
The Webinar, entitled “Notoriously Unclear: the Ebb and Flow of the Jurisdictional Reach of the Clean Water Act,” was available to NACWA members and affiliates throughout the country. NACWA, located in Washington, D.C., is the largest association of publicly owned wastewater treatment facilities, collection systems, and stormwater management agencies in the U.S.
