ELPO seeks estate planning, probate attorney

ELPO is seeking an experienced attorney to join our firm.
ELPO is a progressive law firm with a strong history of community service. With 25 attorneys, ELPO is a large enough firm to offer strong benefits and a collegial atmosphere – but not so big that accomplishments are overlooked. Our firm is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, a mid-sized college town in the rolling bluegrass hills of Kentucky with all of the amenities needed on a daily basis, and even more available in Nashville, Tenn., only 45 minutes away.
We encourage community involvement and honor flexible work schedules to fit the needs of our attorneys. We’re seeking an attorney with four or more years of extensive and substantial experience in the following practice areas:
- estate planning, probate, and trust administration for large and/or taxable estates
- tax law, especially as it relates to estate planning, trusts and probate
- business formation and succession planning
- prenuptial agreements
A significant book of business is not required. While not required, a CPA or LLM is a plus.
