ELPO LAW ATTORNEY LAJUANA WILCHER PARTICIPATES IN ANNUAL WOMEN’S SUMMIT

On Wednesday, June 27th the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce held the 4th Annual Women’s Summit in Lexington, KY. This year, ELPO Law attorney LaJuana Wilcher presented to a packed crowd of over 700 women on the topic of “Women in Business”. Joining her on the panel was Kristen Byrd, Regional President, PNC Bank and Toa Green, Owner/Operator, Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream. Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Foundation Senior Vice President Beth Davisson served as moderator.
The summit aims to highlight the contributions of women to the state’s economic and social development, while also providing a platform for networking, professional development, and empowerment. A wide range of topics, such as leadership, career advancement, work-life balance, and overcoming challenges faced by women in the workplace and society were covered. In addition, the achievements and successes of the Woman in Leadership Award honoree, Alice Houston, owner and co-founder of HJI Supply Chain Solutions were recognized.
