Catherine Stone joins ELPO as associate attorney

Catherine Stone was sworn in today at ELPO’s offices as a new attorney by Kentucky Supreme Court Chief Justice John D. Minton Jr. Catherine joined ELPO this fall as an associate attorney. Congratulations, Catherine!

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University in 2015, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in May 2018. She passed the Kentucky Bar Exam this fall.

Catherine has worked for ELPO as a staff assistant beginning her sophomore year at WKU, and returned to the firm during law school to serve as a summer associate for two summers. She practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Education LawEmployment Law and Family Law.

“Catherine is a dedicated and focused attorney who is well known and respected in our local community,” said Bob Young, Managing Partner of ELPO. “We are fortunate to have her on our team and delighted to welcome her to ELPO full-time as an attorney.
