Brett Reynolds joins Bowling Green Area Chamber board

Attorney Brett Reynolds has joined the Board of Directors of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce. He joined the board in January 2014 and will serve a two-year term. He is serving on the Legislative Action Committee.
ELPO has a long history of supporting the Bowling Green Chamber. Attorney Gaines Penn previously served on the board as chair and was recently named board volunteer of the year.
At ELPO, Brett handles many aspects of business immigration, where he counsels employers and employees in petitions and visa applications for B, E, H-1B, H-3, L-1, Blanket L, TN and other non-immigrant visas for petitioners, applicants and their dependents. Brett also prepares employment-based preference immigrant petitions and labor certifications and Mexican visa applications (FM-3 and FMN) and handles other employment-based immigration matters. He also works on family immigration, where he counsels individuals in the preparation of family-based immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications, consular processing visa applications, naturalization applications and other individual immigration matters.
Brett has several other volunteer commitments. He also serves on the ethics committee for the Kentucky Bar Association and as a member of the KBA’s Ethics Hotline. He serves as chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law section of the KBA, which he helped establish. He is also active in Rotary and United Way. He served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of South Central Kentucky and has a long-term relationship with his little brother.
