Attorney and managing partner Bob Young will be speaking to the Managing Partner Forum‘s leadership conference on May 2 and 3 in Atlanta.
Bob is serving as a member of the faculty for the conference. He will be part of a panel discussion on leadership at law firms, discussing how to implement and lead big changes at a law firm.
The Managing Partner Forum is presenting its 27th annual Leadership Conference, designed especially for managing partners and leaders of smaller and mid-size US law firms. Since 2002, more than 1,150 firm leaders from 45 states have participated.
Bob is ELPO‘s managing partner. The managing partner of a law firm helps guide the business side of the firm, participating in budgeting, hiring, and strategy for the entire firm. Bob is also the past chair of the American Bar Association‘s Law Practice Division. The Law Practice Division is dedicated to helping improve the business side of law firms, offering help, advice and networking to those who help operate law firms. Bob is still very active in the organization, and is a frequent speaker on topics involving law firms and technology.
