Bob Young joins National Trial Lawyers: Top 100

Attorney and partner Bob Young was recently selected for the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 list.
The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state in the nation who meet stringent qualifications as civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense trial lawyers. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. Membership is extended solely to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile.
Bob Young was selected for this organization due to his extensive experience in law. For most of his 25-year career, he has practiced extensively in the area of medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Bob also has handled other personal injury cases, including representing individuals who have been injured due to negligence or malpractice. Among the cases he’s handled was the firm’s complicated class-action lawsuits against pharmaceutical giant Merck for damages due to its drug Vioxx. He has also worked on cases against the makers of Avandia, Stryker hip replacement system and the ASR Hip Replacement system. In August 2014, he became Chair of the Law Practice Division of the American Bar Association. Bob is also a member of the Kentucky and Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Associations, American Association for Justice, and Kentucky Justice Association. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee, as well as federal courts.
Bob is the second attorney from ELPO to be named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 list. Kurt Maier joined this prestigious list in 2013.
