Aaron Smith to speak at Kentucky Jailers Association conference

Attorney Aaron Smith will speak on on Wednesday, December 12 to the Kentucky Jailers Association at its statewide conference in Bowling Green. Aaron will address jailer liability and insurance coverage, including personal liability, qualified immunity and other legal issues.
Aaron is a frequent speaker on legal topics. He is a partner at ELPO and Chair of the Practice Management Committee.
Aaron joined ELPO as an attorney in 2006. His practice focuses on civil litigation and corporate defense work. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Centre College. He is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Bowling Green. He served as President of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association.
