Attorney Park Priest authors Kentucky chapter in national law directory

Park L. Priest, a partner at ELPO, recently wrote a chapter for the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel‘s reference book that is distributed to all of its claims professional members nationwide. The book, Claims Professional Desk Reference, contains a review of laws in each state, and Park Priest wrote the chapter that gives an update on Kentucky.
Park has been extensively involved in the FDCC, which he has been a member of since 2008. He is currently serving as the State Representative for Kentucky, and has served as President of the Kentucky Defense Counsel.
Park is also an active member of the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section where he serves on the ABA TIPS Law in Public Service Committee and the ABA TIPS Task Force on Corporate Counsel Outreach. Park has served on the DRI Law Practice Management Steering Committee and served as the DRI Law Practice Management Committee’s Webcast Chair since for 2014-15. Most recently in 2016 Park was nominated and selected for membership in the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
