Attorney Mark MaierMark B. Maier recently joined ELPO Law as an attorney. Maier holds a bachelor’s degree from Centre College in history and anthropology and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law. His previous experience includes serving as an Americorps team leader for one year from 2005 to 2006, assisting with disaster relief in Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina. He also served as a summer clerk for Chief Justice John Minton for the Supreme Court of Kentucky and as a clerk for the Appeals Branch of the Department of Public Advocacy for the state of Kentucky. While attending law school, he was a member of the UK College of Law Honor Council, a member of the Recruitment Committee and a volunteer income tax assistant. He is a native of Bowling Green. Maier practices primarily in insurance and litigation.
