Aaron Smith speaks at KACo Leadership conference

Attorney Aaron Smith recently spoke at the Kentucky Association of Counties Leadership Institute on County Jails. The conference was held in Cave City, Ky., at the Cave City Convention Center.
In attendance were county jail officials, magistrates, Judge Executives and other elected officials. Aaron spoke on the topic of jail liability Issues, specifically liability concerns arising from the provision of medical care, use of force and effective grievance policies and procedures. Aaron regularly handles legal matters for the Kentucky Association of Counties.
