Chief Justice Minton presents Gaines Penn with the award at the KBA conference.Gaines Penn, managing partner of ELPO, was on hand in Louisville for the annual Kentucky Bar Association conference. He accepted an award for ELPO presented by Chief Justice of Kentucky John D. Minton Jr. on behalf of the Kentucky Bar Foundation. The award was presented during the Kentucky Bar Foundation Fellows and Partners For Justice Society Luncheon held on Thursday, June 7. ELPO has pledged $25,000 in total to the Bar Foundation and is now recognized as a member of the Senator Henry Clay Circle. We value the work that the Bar does every year to promote and improve the practice of law in Kentucky, and the Bar Foundation supports this work. Thank you to the Bar Foundation for this honor.
