ELPO clients named Best Places to Work in Kentucky

Three ELPO clients were named Best Places to Work in Kentucky recently by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management state council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
The ELPO clients that were honored were Owensboro-based Independence Bank, Kindred Healthcare, which has multiple locations throughout Kentucky and the entire U.S., and the Simpson County Schools Board of Education.
The Seventh Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony was held in April. Winners were selected from two categories: small/medium companies with 25 to 249 U.S. employees and large companies with 250 or more U.S. employees, according to a press release from the Kentucky Chamber. The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey administered by Best Companies Group.
